1.2. The website is operated by Sarasimart, registered at No 80/11/S Panaluwa, Wataraka 10500 Padukka, Sri Lanka.

2. Products

2.1. We offer a variety of furniture for sale on the website. Product details, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.
2.2. We strive to ensure that all product information, including descriptions, dimensions, and images, is accurate. However, there may be minor variations in color and finish due to screen settings and materials.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1. All prices displayed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (state which one applies).
3.2. We accept payments via direct bank transfer and cash on delivery. Payment must be made in full before any products are shipped, except in the case of cash on delivery orders.
3.3. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.

4. Order Process

4.1. By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
4.2. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details. If we are unable to fulfill the order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

5. Delivery

5.1. We deliver within Colombo, Gampaha, and Kalutara districts with free delivery.
5.2. Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
5.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate.

6. Cancellations & Returns

6.1. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. To cancel, contact us at 0716324412.
6.2. We offer returns on defective or damaged products within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues.
6.3. To process a return, you must contact our support team at 0716324412 with proof of damage/defect. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after the return is processed.

7. Warranties & Liability

7.1. We provide a 2-year warranty for melamine items and a 5-year warranty for wood items.
7.2. Different warranty periods apply to mattresses according to their price and type.
7.3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
7.4. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Sarasimart and cannot be used without permission.
